It depends on the situation and how formal or close you are with the person, but generally:
Simple / casual:
“Sorry, I didn’t mean that.”
“My bad, it slipped out.”
“Excuse my language.”
More polite:
“Pardon my language, that wasn’t appropriate.”
“Apologies, I spoke out of turn.”
“I didn’t mean any disrespect, forgive my wording.”
If it’s religious/cultural context (Arabic, for example):
“A‘ūdhu billāh, astaghfirullāh” (I seek refuge in God, I ask God’s forgiveness).
“Samḥīnī / Samḥīnīya” (Forgive me, in Moroccan Darija).
“ʿAfwan, mā qṣadt-hāsh” (Sorry, I didn’t mean it).
